      Transcription of Will:

      This is the last Will and Testament of me Benjamin Howes of Runham in the County of Norfolk Marshman made in manner following that is to say; First I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be fully paid and satisfied. I give and bequeath all my real estate situate and being in Runham aforesaid or other parishes or places thereto adjoining unto Ann my dear wife, William my son, Harriet my daughter the wife of John Kindle, Mary Ann my daughter and Henry my son such estate to be divided into five equal parts by some indifferent person to be chosen by my Executors hereinafter named, my said wife and my said childrenWilliam, Harriet the wife of John Kindle, Mary Ann, and Henry each taking one equal fifth part or share and to their heirs and assigns for ever as tenants in common and not as joint tenants. I also give and bequeath all my cows horses pigs and other cattle household furniture plate linen china glass bedding printed books and pictures and all other my personal estate of which I may die possessed unto my said wife and my said children as aforesaid such property to be equally divided between them share and share alike. And I direct that the shares of my two children Mary Ann and Henry in the said real estate if they shall be under the age of twenty one years at the time of my decease shall be let for the most money that can be obtained for the same such share or shares to be paid them when they shall attain the age of twenty one years or if my said daughter when she shall attain that age or marry. And I appoint my said son William and John Kindle my son in law Executors of this my Will. And revoking all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made I declare this writing only to be and contain my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I the said Testator to this my last Will and Testament have set my hand this sixteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty six.

      in and throughout the Archdeaconry of Norwichlawfully constituted &
      was approved & registered & adcon of all & singularthe goods & of the
      within named Testator Benjamin Howes was then dulygranted to
      William Howes and John Kindle the Executors withinnamed they being
      first sworn & saving & _Effects sworn under ?200 _Testator died 19th
