      The marriage of Miss Peggy Howse, elder daughter of the late Dr. Oswald Howse and Mrs. Howse, of Macquarie-street, Sydney, to Lieutenant-Commander George Voelcker, R.N., elder son of Dr. Voelcker, of Harley-street, London, and Langdon Hall, Marhamchurch, Cornwall, England, was quietly celebrated yesterday afternoon at St. Stephen's Church, Phillip-street. The Rev. Hugh Paton performed the ceremony.

      The bride was given away by her elder brother, Mr. Beresford Howse, She was attended by her sister, Miss Joyce Howse, and Mrs. Neil Kilby. Mr. Lionel Howse was best man.
