Paul, The Sheffield paper is in "British Newspapers 1710-1953" - one of the several newspaper collections available to anyone with a World subscription to the "findmypast" site. An article in the Sheffield Independent newspaper for 13 February 1908 has the Howes suffragette listed as "Beatrice Howes ( 41), Dressmaker, Bournemouth;" (which is in Dorset). Paul, a Google Image search for "William Henry Howes" (with the quotes) turns up quite a few images of his work that you can check back to the original web pages. But be careful, as there are some entries for William Henry Howe, an American artist, mixed in with them. Best wishes, Hugh Smith
