In 1871, this property was the home of the Neve family - Alfred and Mary Anne (Anna's sister) and their 8 children, but Alfred & Mary Anne have since died and their children have dispersed around the country q.v.

      By 1881, Anna was widowed and had 4 children. She was a College Bedmaker in St Andrew the Great area of Cambridge. In 1883, Anna remarried to Charles Peachey in Cambridge Reg Dist. Both Anna and Charles were living in Cambridge 1901. Charles was a cook.
